WE CARE ABOUT NATURE AND THE FUTURE
In the Paradise of the Earth, in the Most Beautiful Bay of the Mediterranean, we aim to offer our valued guests the highest quality holiday experience together with all our stakeholders.
Legal Requirements
In all our product and service processes, we act in accordance with national and international laws and other relevant laws, respecting legal regulations and the rule of law, and other conditions that our institution is obliged to comply with.
Safety of Our Stakeholders and Investment in People
All our stakeholders are our most valuable assets. The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and all our stakeholders is our priority. We provide continuous training to all our employees to increase health and safety awareness, continuously review risks and follow and meticulously apply technological developments to reduce risks in line with developing conditions. All stakeholders have freedom of thought and belief, and we do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of language, religion, race, gender, social class, age and union membership. Protecting human rights is our fundamental principle.
Guest Satisfaction
Our guests are the reason for our existence. We track all guest suggestions and complaints from all sources, resolve complaints in accordance with ethical behavior rules, and inform our guests transparently on this issue, turning complaints into opportunities for ourselves.
Respect for the Environment and Protection of Natural Life
In all our activities, we are committed to protecting the natural environment and using our resources most efficiently, preventing environmental pollution, reducing our waste within the scope of zero waste and recycling what is generated, making it harmless to nature, reducing climate change and showing sensitivity to the protection of biodiversity and ecosystem.
Energy Saving
We aim to continuously improve our energy performance by using our energy resources most efficiently in our hotels and increasing the use of alternative renewable resources.
Food Safety - Hygiene
We implement the food safety management system throughout the food chain to produce and serve products in accordance with quality and food safety principles, and continuously improve by keeping hygiene conditions in the foreground.
Child-Friendly Tourism
We are aware that our children are the building blocks of our future. We care that they grow up freely and safely, without being exposed to any exploitation. While offering activities to develop their intelligence and skills in the area we have carefully prepared for them, we also strengthen friendship relationships in the groups they participate in.
Vulnerable Groups
At Rubi Hotel, disabled individuals, children and individuals over 70 years of age are defined as groups that need more understanding and help from other individuals working and staying at the hotel. We work to prevent all kinds of physical and psychological approaches and abuse.
Support for Local Economy and Sustainability
We are aware of our contribution to the local economy, therefore 95% of our suppliers and raw materials are local. For sustainable tourism, we make environmentally friendly purchases that produce less energy, water and waste. In our supply process from raw material supply to waste management, we track our environmental, social and economic impact in order to provide maximum benefit to society while causing minimum damage to the environment. In this regard; we prefer locally produced products and local companies instead of multinational companies in service procurement. In product selection; we prioritize products that are recyclable, made from recycled materials, environmentally certified, and comply with sustainability principles. We do not use endangered and prohibited species in our facilities.
